SSI and the NSP are undertaking a Systems Change exploration, a multi-stage exercise across the partnership.
The purpose of this exploration is to strengthen relationships and collaboration with clients, community partners and frontline workers across the NSP. We hope and expect to surface our collective insight into a client-centred view of settlement.
Stage 1 of the exercise involved holding conversations with clients and allied communities. Stage 2 is now well underway, which involves consulting with working groups and analysing the data from the conversations. The final stage is currently being developed and is expected to start in April next year, with the Systems Change series of events being completed in June 2021.
