Students in Port Macquarie with their certificates

Manning Valley Neighbourhood Service (MVNS) completed two employment training programs this past July. Both programs were funded through the Fostering Integration Grants.

Overall, MVNS supported 19 clients with its “Learn How to Run Your Own Food Market Stall” program in Taree and “Introduction to Individual Support” program in Port Macquarie. There was strong engagement throughout, with all registered clients completing the programs despite delays

due to the coronavirus. Through these programs, clients gained training, work experience and increased confidence and skills, improving their employment outcomes.
