The NSW Settlement Partnership (NSP) was excited to welcome approximately 80 people to a forum in Parramatta on May 27 to share and reflect on the Exploring Settlement preliminary report.
In attendance were representatives from the settlement sector, NSP, the corporate sector and clients who participated in conversations in response to our clients’ experiences of settlement.
The responses and data collected at the reflection forum will inform the final report, which is being shaped with a view to launch in September.
NSP members are working on developing community campaign resources to share the data generated with the community in an accessible way.
Responding to interest expressed from participants at the forum, the NSP has also extended the invitation to dive deeper into the data. Deep dives are seen as a great opportunity to focus on client responses in particular areas – to hear concerns raised and see what recommendations people are making.
